Once a consultation has been booked, started, scheduled, delivered, or shared through phone call, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, PDF, video call, or any online method, the payment made for the service shall be considered final.
No Refund Policy
Ghar Shanti follows a strict no refund policy for completed consultation services, personalized guidance sessions, astrology reports, and spiritual consultation services once processed or delivered.
Refunds shall generally not be provided for:
• Change of mind after booking.
• Personal dissatisfaction or expectation mismatch.
• Delay or failure in following guidance or recommendations.
• Missed appointments due to customer unavailability.

Eligible Refund Cases

Consultation reports, guidance, recommendations, or communication may be delivered digitally through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, PDF, audio call, video call, or other online methods.
Once the consultation or guidance has been delivered digitally or verbally, the service shall be treated as successfully completed.
Response & Appointment Timing
Consultation response times and appointment schedules may vary depending on service availability and operational workload.
Ghar Shanti reserves the right to reschedule consultations in unavoidable circumstances.
